How often do we say those words? And how often do we think about what we’re really saying? We strive to find the right words in our stories and our articles, but how often do we reflect on the words we casually use, and the meaning we may unconsciously reinforce?
“Where is he?”
Continuing with my love of Halloween stories, here are a few of my favorite shows (and in some cases episodes) to watch. Episode descriptions will be necessarily brief (to avoid saying too much).
Although I believe Halloween is more than just “scary”, fear is a large part of Halloween, and I think it can be a real challenge to find good scary stories (recognizing that good is a very subjective thing).
I’ve recently completed a short story, which I’m currently calling Changing Courses. It’s a 5,000 word realistic fiction short story, and if anyone fancies reading and providing feedback, please let me know. I am, of course, also open to providing feedback in turn. If you are interested, please either leave a comment with your email, or use my Contact page to provide appropriate information so I can send you the story.
Thank you in advance to anyone who chooses to offer their feedback.
